Criminal and Integrity Prosecution Division
The Criminal and Integrity Prosecution Division is vested with the mandate to prosecute the criminal & Corruption cases on behalf of the State. It derives its authority from Article 29 of the Constitution and Section 10 of the Office of the Attorney General Act 2015. A major share of the workload are the investigation reports of cases referred for prosecution by the RBP and ACC.

Withdraw cases and enter into plea bargain
